Currently at Audible, an Amazon Company as a Sr. UX Designer on the Data and Corporate Systems team. I’m an advocate for inclusive design and believe in building empowering technological solutions for people.

Previously, I was the design lead for Greenhouse Onboarding which is focused on helping companies elevate their onboarding practices.

• Bulk Onboarding / Prototype - Decrease time to onboarding groups of new hires by 80%

• Hack Day @ Greenhouse - Designing an inclusive event to drive collaboration and team building.

• 3rd Party Task System - Manage onboarding tasks through 3rd Party systems.

I was the lead Designer on Web.com’s (Previously known as Yodle) online marketing product & franchise individual location platform. I’ve also held the role of a service designer supporting the customer service ecosystem of Web.com.

• Centermark Insights prototype (Mobile) - UX designer and researcher lead.

• RepsEdge Case Study - UX and research lead.

• Service Blueprint Example - Example of a co-created service blueprint that spans the entire customer lifecycle. 

I'm also a fine artist specializing in printmaking. Before diving into UX full-time I worked as a producer on some great documentaries, One Day in an American City is one of my favorite projects to date!
